For comic fans, this is almost a cult moment: Tombstone rarely made it to the screen, but in the comics he's a true nightmare of New York City.
Who is Tombstone
Tombstone (real name Lonnie Thompson Lincoln) appeared in Marvel comics in 1988 and quickly became one of Spider-Man's darkest enemies.According to the "Villains Fandom", his story begins in Harlem: he was the only African-American albino in school, and his peers constantly bullied him. Taller and stronger than other kids, Lonnie learned early to fight back and became a street thug.

Over time, he went into crime, becoming a hired assassin. To look even scarier, he filed his teeth and nails, getting an almost vampiric appearance.
Lonnie worked for Kingpin, did dirty work for the mob, and earned the nickname Tombstone. His whispered voice, white skin, and cold demeanor made him a figure whose mere presence struck primal fear into enemies.
An accident changed his fate: during one of the fights, he ended up in a chamber with experimental gas at an Osborn chemical plant. The substance caused a mutation — Lonnie's skin became virtually invulnerable, his muscles gained superhuman strength, and his endurance exceeded normal human limits. After that, even large-caliber bullets couldn't penetrate him. Combined with street fighting experience and a ruthless character, this made Tombstone one of New York's most dangerous criminals.
