In a lawsuit filed on Wednesday, the actor cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the breakup, specifying that the couple has not lived together since January 2022, reports TMZ.

The actor, who has been married to DeAnna since 1996, also stated that his wife involved him in "unhealthy, toxic relationships," which resulted in his wrongful arrest for domestic violence in February.
