Biography of Joe JonasJoe Jonas (full name Joseph Adam Jonas) is a popular American actor and singer. Together with his siblings, he founded the musical collective "Jonas Brothers" that was very popular in the mid-2000s. In 2009, several seasons of the musical TV show "The Jonas Brothers" were made about their lives. The show became very successful. When the band fell apart, Joe released a few solo tracks and then created a new band called DNCE. The debut track of this group "Cake by the Ocean" immediately headed the international music charts.
ChildhoodJoe Jonas was born on August 15, 1989, in Casa Grande, USA. He is not the only child in the family – he has three brothers Kevin, Nick, and Frankie. The boys' mother Dennis Miller was a famous singer in her youth, and their father Paul Jonas has always been fond of music and wrote songs himself. Having grown up, the young man also got interested in music and in dancing.
Jonas Brothers and solo projectsIn the summer of 2006, the debut album "It's About Time" was released and was instantly distributed in a circulation of 50,000 copies. Unfortunately, the record label considered this sum too small and at the beginning of 2007 they broke the contract with "Columbia Records." A few weeks later though they signed a new one, this time with "Hollywood Records." In the summer of the same year, the second album "Jonas Brothers" was released. In no time, the guys got crowds of true fans and even managed to get to the 5th place in the prestigious Billboard-200 chart.
In 2013, the guy recorded a new track with John Legend, a member of the band "Dreams." The track was included in his album "Love in the Future." In 2015, Joe founded a new group called DNCE that included Jeanne Lee, Cole Wittles, and Jack Lawless. In September of the same year, the guys released their first track "Cake by the Ocean."
Acting careerIn 2008, the "Jonas Brothers" was invited to one of the episodes of the TV show "Hannah Montana" starring Miley Cyrus. An episode in which they play was watched by more than 11 million people.
In 2016, the singer got an episodic role in the television series about the girl-policeman "Angie Tribeca" and the comedy "Zoolander 2" (cameo).
In 2018 Joe Jonas took part in the Voice Australia show as a mentor.
