And while this marks the 28-year-old actor's fourth Spider-Man film, he admits this time feels completely different.
"My fourth first day of filming as Spidey," Holland shared on Instagram, posting a minute-long video from the set.
The actor opens up about his emotions:
Holland looks both excited and slightly nervous: "I'm just going to try my best. Hopefully it all works out. No pressure," he jokes, though you can still hear the tension in his voice. You know, it's funny putting this suit on. For some reason, it all feels different this time. Plus, for the first time ever, we have fans on set on day one of filming. It's great to share this moment with them.
Interestingly, Spider-Man's new suit has undergone some changes. Specifically, the spider on his chest has gotten noticeably larger compared to previous versions from "Homecoming," "Far From Home," and "No Way Home." Holland showed off the updated costume back in early August, sparking heated discussions among franchise fans.
