Mckenna Grace was born on June 25, 2006, in the small town of Grapevine in Texas. Her father is Ross Burge, an orthopedic surgeon; her mother's name is Crystal Grace.
Following her agent's advice, Mckenna and her parents headed to Los Angeles to audition for a leading role in the feature film Goodbye World (directed by Denis Hennelly). Much to the little girl's delight, she landed the part. The film was released in 2013 and received restrained feedback from viewers and critics. Still, being part of such a project gave the young actress a solid start.
