Childhood
The future comedian was born on Valentine's Day—February 14, 1970—in Brockworth, Gloucestershire, to a middle-class family. His father, John G. Later, they both remarried, giving Simon a half-sister, Katy Pegg, and from his father's side, two brothers, Mike and Stephen John Beckingham.

Acting Career
In 1991, Pegg graduated from college with honors and started performing with a comedy troupe that included future stars David Walliams and Jason Bradbury. Two years later, he moved from Bristol to London, where he dove deeper into his favorite comedic styles: parody, improv, and situational comedy.

In 2018, Simon Pegg appeared in the horror-comedy "Slaughterhouse Rulez," set at a British private school. He starred alongside Nick Frost, Michael Sheen, and young actors Finn Cole and Asa Butterfield.
