Game of Thrones
In 2013, Bella enrolled in the Central Junior Television Workshop in Nottingham. There she started auditioning for serious film roles. She came close to landing a major role in 2014, nearly securing a part in Steven Spielberg's "The BFG" before it ultimately went to Ruby Barnhill. But Bella's actual on-screen debut proved just as epic. She appeared in the sixth season of the fantasy series "Game of Thrones," based on the works of George R. R. Martin.

Further career
After her appearance in the HBO series, young Bella received offers from directors. In 2017, she appeared in the short film "Eleftheria", and a year later, two full-length films with her participation were released - the drama "Two for Joy " and the comedy "Holmes & Watson". While the first film was well received, the latter was heavily criticized and even received several "Golden Raspberry" awards. However, this did not harm the career of the rising star.

Personal life of Bella Ramsey
In early 2023, Bella Ramsey clarified her gender identity, saying "I think my gender has always been very fluid." She officially identifies as non-binary, but "when it comes to pronouns - I really don't care."This is what bothers me more than pronouns: Being called a «young woman» or a «powerful young woman,» «young lady,» but I'm just not that. In Catherine Called Birdy, I was in dresses. Young Elizabeth, I was in a corset. And I felt super powerful in that. Playing these more feminine characters is a chance to be something so opposite to myself, and it's really fun.»
Bella Ramsey now
In 2021, Bella landed the lead role in HBO's "The Last of Us," based on the beloved video game. Ramsey plays Ellie, a girl surviving in a world devastated by a deadly fungal outbreak.
