Camila Cabello biography
Camila Cabello's story reads like a fairy tale: first making her mark on The X Factor talent show, just a few years later this daughter of Cuban immigrants became one of pop music's brightest stars. Net worth: $18 million.
Childhood and family
Camila Cabello (Karla Camila Cabello Estrabao) was born on March 3, 1997, in the picturesque town of Kokhimar, Cuba. This is where Ernest Hemingway, who lived on his estate in a Havana suburb from 1949 to 1952, often went fishing, and where he met Gregorio Fuentes, the local fisherman who became his friend and inspired the main character in The Old Man and the Sea, the novel that won Hemingway the Pulitzer Prize.

Camila's musical abilities manifested themselves early, but she began to practice singing at the age of 12 when her parents were able to pay for her tuition.
Career. Fifth Harmony
In 2012, Camila left school and headed to North Carolina to audition for The X Factor. She was barely 15 but already confident about her life's direction. Later she graduated from high school as an external student.
The judges tried to make things right and invited Camila to join a girl group, where Lauren Jauregui, Dinah Jane, Ally Brooke, and Normani Cordey were also invited. The group finished third in the competition. In the "Duet with a Star" episode, they got to perform with judge Demi Lovato.

Solo career
In fall 2015, the collaboration I Know What You Did Last Summer featuring Camila and Canadian star Shawn Mendes was released. The song marked the rise of a new star and topped the charts in America and Canada.
In the spring of 2018, Camila went on a solo tour for the first time. In October 2018, the singer announced that she was starting work on a new album, and in November she became an event of MTV Europe Music Awards, becoming the best performer and winning in three more categories.
Camila Cabello personal life
The young star has been linked to Austin Harris and Michael Clifford at different times, though as the singer herself stated, these relationships were very innocent and friendly, never developing into anything more serious. In early 2018, Camila began dating Matthew Hussey, a British psychologist and relationship coach who authored the 2013 bestseller on how any girl can land her dream guy. Matthew is almost ten years older than the singer, but this doesn't faze Camila, who says she's always been drawn to mature, accomplished men.

Camila has said she considers Madonna her inspiration, and Prince a style icon.
The Cuban girl's favorite designer is the rebel, Vivienne Westwood. It was her dress that Camila chose for the Grammy ceremony, complementing the image with a diamond bag, worth almost 180 thousand dollars.
