The Government will Help Large Families with a Mortgage
Under the new rules, the rate of mortgages will be subsidized at 6 percent for three-five years for families that gave birth to a second or third child from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2022. The government believes that families that have given birth to the second and third child through this initiative will in total take out loans up to 600 billion rubles at a reduced rate.
