Ozzy Osbourne will never be able to perform again due to a spinal injury

updated
The 75-year-old rock legend Ozzy Osbourne has revealed the true reason why he can no longer tour, and it is not related to Parkinson's disease.

A failed fall from a quad bike in 2003 and subsequent surgery, after which he has difficulty moving, are to blame. The rocker underwent seven surgeries, including spinal surgery, reports the Daily Mail.

Despite battling Parkinson's since 2003, Osbourne claims that the surgery after the fall is the real cause of his problems.
I mean, after the quad bike accident in 2003, I was still touring, even though I had Parkinson's then. It's all because of that damned surgery!

The legendary musician, though close to despair (“I’m almost dead!” he jokes), has no regrets about his life.

“My heart breaks because I can’t perform. I even thought about bionic legs; then I would really become Iron Man,” Ozzy adds in an interview.
