Singer Artemas has become a true phenomenon. The young artist debuted during one of the toughest times for the entertainment industry – the COVID-19 pandemic, but he still quickly achieved success. Early Years
Artemas Diamandis was born on September 23, 1999, in England, in a small village in Oxfordshire. He has mixed English and Cypriot heritage.In 2005, his parents insisted he start taking piano lessons. However, at that time, he dreamed of becoming an actor, not a musician. Everything changed in 2015 when Artemas came across the documentary "Kurt Cobain: Montage of Heck".
The rocker's story inspired the 16-year-old teenager. "I want to be like him. I want to write music. I want to perform concerts," he decided then. So he began writing songs, accompanying himself on guitar and piano.
Musical Career
In 2016, a young singer released a track under the mononym Artemas, which he later called a "very bad rock song." Nevertheless, it got extensive airplay on local radio.The pandemic, which negatively impacted the entertainment industry, gave Artemas a chance to refine his skills and work on new material without distractions. He spent entire days in his bedroom, which served as his home recording studio, and by November 2020, he achieved his first success with the "alternative R&B" single ‘High 4 U.’

Personal Life of Artemas
Artemas Diamandis rarely discusses his personal life in interviews. However, in 2021, he mentioned that he wrote the track 'Sunny' under the impression of a breakup with his girlfriend:We were clearly not right for each other and were much happier apart. However, this didn't stop me from making mistakes and seeing her again. I felt that every time she came back into my life, I felt worse.

The success of the single ‘If U Think I'm Pretty’ led to the release of the artist's debut mixtape ‘Pretty’ in February 2024. He also held two concerts at the famous music bar The Lower Third in London.In March 2024, Artemas released the single ‘I Like the Way You Kiss Me’. The song immediately reached the top 3 of the UK chart. It also topped the charts in Austria, Germany, Poland, and other European cities. By April, the single was on charts worldwide – from Australia and Canada to Norway and the USA. Additionally, the song received several trance remixes. Much of Artemas' viral success can be attributed to his popularity on TikTok.
