According to Collider, the creators of the series are designing Harry Potter's home with the Dursleys in a completely different style than shown in the original films:
Judging by the images we've seen, it seems that Vernon and Petunia Dursley are climbing the career ladder, as the house where Harry once lived under the stairs undergoes a new reconstruction in a pseudo-Tudor style.

It's also important that the series is planned for several seasons, so the studio is building everything at once and for the long term: parking lots, roads, logistics, hangars, and — attention — a school for young actors. So that their education doesn't suffer while they live in a world of magic.
