According to Deadline, the multi-award-winning actor, including an Oscar (which he received in 2011 for his outstanding contributions to cinema), died in Dutchess County, New York. Besides voicing Vader, Jones is remembered for his roles in "Coming to America," "Conan the Barbarian," and "Field of Dreams." Additionally, he voiced Mufasa in the animated film "The Lion King."
His first film was "Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb," directed by the legendary Stanley Kubrick.
