The assets of businessmen Mikhail Fridman and Peter Aven were frozen. Also they can no longer enter the country. The sanctions list also includes former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, Head of the Presidential Administration Anton Vaino, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin and others.

In addition, Britain prohibits the export of luxury goods to Russia, introduces additional 35% duties on imports of a number of goods, stops financing all export operations to Russia and Belarus.
