This condition will last about a week. It can last maximum up to two weeks in case if there were a lot of sweets in your diet: chocolate, cookies and cakes, soda and packaged juice. In a month your body will get used to healthy food. You will stop experiencing impulses to eat something sweet and will enjoy protein food and greens without realizing it.
