The zoomboola.com team reminds readers: the satirical animated series The Simpsons has been running non-stop since 1989. We've now seen 37 seasons, and while interest in the family has cooled somewhat, they still draw millions of viewers to their screens. Back in 2007, riding the wave of the show's success, The Simpsons creators released a feature film that trapped Springfield under a massive dome. With a $75 million budget, the movie pulled in over $500 million worldwide.
