Ryan Reynolds Biography

Ryan Rodney Reynolds is a Canadian movie and television actor who became famous after starring in Buying the Cow and National Lampoon’s Van Wilder comedies. He is also known as the star of Green Lantern and Deadpool superhero movies. Net worth: $150 million.

Early life: Childhood and Family

Ryan Reynolds was born in Vancouver in an ordinary Canadian family. He was the fourth child in the family; and after his birth, his father, Jim Chester Reynolds, left the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and went into the wholesale business. His mother Tammy earned a living as a supermarket cashier.

Ryan’s artistic nature manifested itself already in the third grade of primary school when he was entrusted with a small part in a school play. At the age of thirteen, he asked his parents to take him to Florida to the casting for a new teen soap opera Fifteen by Nickelodeon.

The young actor got the role of Billy Simpson, one of the main characters in the everyday life of the Hillside school. The series was aired on American cable television only two years.
